ParnossahWorksCanada.orgTM is a joint initiative of JVS Toronto (Jewish Vocational Service of Greater Toronto), the Israeli Business Forum, synagogues and various Jewish community centres in the GTA. This employment service is an expansion of the highly successful ParnossahWorks.orgTM employment service founded in 2005 in New York by F·E·G·S Health and Human Services System.

Employers and job seekers have access to a range of services provided free of charge. Services to employers include: Posting job openings on the website; Receiving only pre-screened applicants; Access to government funded wage subsidies. Services to job seekers include: Searching, reviewing and applying for job postings; Access to online and offline job search tips and personal job counseling.
